I'm going to Ober Gatlinburg in a week with my church group. I am really afraid of heights. We are going to ski ( which I have never done before.), ice skating ( never done that either), and other things. We have to go on the chair lift and I am so scared. What is it like? Is any of this hard? Any tips? Help!

ok soo i when skiing about a year ago to argentina for the first time with my whole family (me-13, mi brother-12, my sister-7, mum and dad), none of us had ever tried it before. i just wanted to know if i am a begginer, intermediate or advanced. and if im anny good. we took lessons (just to learn how to move, turn not fall) one intructor for the 5 of us. we stayed there for 5 days for 2:30 hours each day. the fist one we didnt really ski just learned how to put them on take them of not fall while moving (wasnt in the mountain just like icy floor) the second one we went to the mountain learned how to move, stop get in and out the chair lift with the skis on, slide turns, we still fell some time, the third day we totally mastered the track (me and my brother, my dad sucked). by the last day we could turn at high speeds without falling stops pretty much everything but jumping (not sure if i ever did carving, no tricks), we could ski in the blue and red ones easily (at least the ones we tried) never tried jumping (maybe we could have land them but never even tried to, we were just having fun, the instructor was to teahc us how not to fall and not getting lost because my parents are kinda overprotective) im going skiing to austria (maybe on july for only one day) and again in january (next year) austria or france. should i trie jumping or doing tricks? (by myself)
ups i should provably mention y can link paralel turns, stop inmediatly (well almost every time i tried i could) i should have explained better, but i didnt know the terms, my english is not that good

So here is everything, I'm 17 shes 19, we dated for a little over a year and things just were not working out. So, I ended it. She took it extremely hard and it was rough for her because she was extremely clingy and overly paranoid about me, she didn't trust me at all and I never was unfaithful to her. So then that day after I broke up with her and she had a major meltdown she tells me she left a shirt in my car and tried to talk to me and told me to bring her, the shirt at her house. So I did and she tried to kiss me and it was very awk. From then on she stalked me. She finally stopped trying to talk to me but everywhere I went she would go, she went to my high schools graduation (I wasn't graduating) and she is in college. Also my parents own a ski resort and she keeps coming during the week with some of the kids whose parents work there during the winter. She would come with them to the base lodge where we run most of the lift operations and go sit on the chair lifts and bug the people doing summer maintenance on them and try to search me out. Now she comes to everything that happens in the small town I live in and she lives 30 minutes away! This weekend is a memorial service for a friend of mine, some one she met like once, never talked to and she is coming. What can I do? I really just can't take it when she is constantly around. I really want to go to this service but the last time I talked to her she screamed in front of a bunch of people to stop telling people I was saying she got picked up by cops. (I never did).

she exhibits all of those traits and is just weird, she gave away all of her friends in college for me and now she (19 years old) hangs out with kids who are 14 and 13 years old because their parents work at my parents ski resort. HELPPPP!!!!
also we broke up in april
shes never tried to hurt me
I really just want to be able to go out and be free in my HOME TOWN that she doesnt live in!
also she gets her friends to try and bug me which really bugs the hell out of me because i used to like them even tho I never really hung out with them.
