ball

captains chair (lift, up, and side to side)
machine crunches (up and oblique)
Legs:
Leg Extension
Leg Curls
Squats
Leg Press
Deadlift/Straight leg deadlift
Ankle Raises
Hamstring machine
Thigh open/close
Glute machine
Back:
Wide Pull-ups
Bent-over rows
Pullover machine
Rhomboid machine
Row Machine
Dual Axis Pull-down
Pull-Downs

This is my workout schedule just in case you were wondering:
Monday: Arms/Chest/Abs
Tuesday: Rest Day
Wednesday: Legs/Back
Thursday: Arms/Chest/Abs
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: Arms/Chest/Abs
Sunday: Legs/Back
Im not worried about cardio or diet. i know about those. Just are these good or too many?
I jus want to do what will build these muscles the fastest.

As long as you do the cardio and the diet bits the exercise list looks pretty good. I would not do all of the exercises in each list every day you work the muscle groups though.
