Is this a good (at home) workout?

10 min of jumping rope ( fast pace)
10 min of ab workout
10 min of kickboxing
15 squats
15 lunges
10 girl pushups (im a beginner :S )
20 chair lifts ( i think thats what theyre called – when only ur hands are on the chair and u lift urself up and down)
20 leg lifts on each leg
1 min of jumping jacks
1 min of stretching

&& leg lifts r wen u lie down on ur side (keeping ur whole body straight) and lift ur legs up and dow (they must be straight). u should feel it on the sides of ur legs

AWESOME!!!! Maybe some more stretching. i'm going to use it- if you don't mind. could you just tell me- by putting in addition details, what are leg lifts?

good workout. the chairlifts are dips btw lol its ok um. maybe more stretching.

focus more on isolation muscle movements like pushups and pullups. Cardio is to be done last after abs. You need muscular exhaustions before cardio to get blood in your muscles to make healing easier
